Education
Honours Degree in Law cum laude from the University of Bologna obtained in 2011, defending the thesis prepared in English language “Copyright and Collecting Societies”.
Master of Laws (LLM) in “Intellectual Property” at King’s College London, UK, “with merit”, in 2011, defending the dissertation “What is the future of Collecting Societies in the European Union?”. In 2014 he attended a Master in IT Law organized by Centro Studi Forense.
In 2018 he attended a Master in Personal Data Processing and Privacy Officer organized by CIRSFID (Interdepartmental Centre for Research in the History, Philosophy, and Sociology of Law and in Computer Science and Law of the University of Bologna).
Professional experience
Since 2012 ha has been collaborating with the Costa-Creta Law Firm, where he focuses mainly on Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, Competition, Privacy and IT Law.
